Welcome to Paradise on the Lake. It’s an architectural splendor with 3 levels of living space. It’s has all the settings of the adirondacks in the middle of the Finger Lakes. Located on Honeoye Lake with the most majestic views of the lake in a remote setting of over 2 acres of property with a 192 feet of a Shale Beach Shore and a running stream through the property. Sandy Bottom Park has a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy comfortably with family and friends.

Our lake house has been renovated with the comfort and enjoyment of our guests in mind. Come and relax on one of the 4 patios or 2 decks and enjoy the beauty of lake life. We have 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in 2500 square feet of living space indoors and 75 feet of lake frontage outdoors. Wildlife abounds with Bald Eagles, Canada geese, swans and minks .
