The Tipi has amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and all the wonders our little farm and community has to offers. We are convenient to many local attractions like hiking, swimming, brewery and vineyard tours and yet secluded enough to heal your stress, enjoy time with your family or simply a special time away from the grind. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery when you stay in this beautiful, brand new space. A transformed outbuilding has become a quaint guest cottage with all of the amenities of home. Full kitchen w/all cooking essentials, K-cup coffee machine, new appliances, granite counter tops, full bath w/private shower and a jacuzzi tub with mountain views. Wake up in your master bedroom to spectacular mountain views. Living room w/electric fireplace, large screen TV. Your own private deck/pergola/gas grill.

Cozy loft on horse farm, 5 minutes from Lexington

Cozy studio loft apartment situated over a garage on a small working horse farm. The loft has a private entrance, microwave, small fridge, Keurig coffee maker, bathroom, comfortable king bed, cozy linens and local art. An inflatable bed and pack n’ play are available. Dogs welcome/$45 pet fee required. Relax in quiet, scenic countryside, only 5 minutes from downtown Lexington, VMI and W&L. Horses welcome also—contact for details about equine layovers. Please note there is no TV in the loft.

The Cottage at Hidden Valley Farm & Barn

Welcome to Hidden Valley! When booking your stay, you'll have exclusive access to our three bedroom/two bathroom guest cottage! You'll be surrounded by mountainous views and pastures. Snuggle on the wrap around porch, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, and visit with horses, cattle, and our Sulcata tortoise! This is a working farm and you'll frequently see and hear farm machinery(tractors/atvs/etc.), livestock (cattle/horses/a donkey/4 dogs/a cat),and wildlife (coyotes/turkeys/deer).

The Old Parsonage is the perfect place to spend your get-away days. you can even work from this "home away from home". We have installed high speed internet and TV, so you can stay Remote and Connected. Consider staying a week... or two! With spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in every direction, and a big country breakfast with fresh eggs from our free range chickens, you will feel right at home as soon as you arrive. Wilderness area farm five miles from VMI and W&L in Lexington, Virginia. A natural spring fed creek runs through the property about 1/2 mile frontage- great for fishing which is available to guests. Fronts route 76 national bike route (Plank Road) a bikers paradise. Four mountain bikes available for guests. Spectacular natural views- fields, mountains, river and cliffs. Property include use of large outdoor spaces, decks, porches, fire pit and picnic tables. Dogs welcome!!

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our early 1800’s log cabin. The Cabin sits at the heart of Morris Orchard, a Virginia Century Farm. From the cabin porch, you will look across the pond and enjoy a view of High Peak Mountain, apple orchards, hayfields, and cattle grazing in the pastures. The cabin has been beautifully renovated, preserving the charm and history of the cabin, while adding all the modern amenities you would expect.
