Our home is tucked away off of Washington Street and feels secluded though we are walking distance to downtown Dover. Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence in 2009. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.

This is a fully furnished guest suite with 900 square feet of comfortable living space and a private front entrance. It is within walking distance to Phillips Exeter Academy, beautiful Downtown Exeter, restaurants, pubs, parks and Amtrack train station (which you can take to Boston or Portland) and centrally located for many New England activities.
