Charming, quiet and beautiful New England beach house located right in Sand Hills, Scituate. Walk to everything! 4 min walk to Museum Beach, 6 min walk to Sand Hills Beach, 15 min walk to Downtown (shops, restaurants, bars, movie theater, etc) & Scituate Lighthouse and 5 min walk to Scituate Harbor. Please know this is a quiet home in a quiet neighborhood and parties & gatherings are not allowed. Street parking is not allowed but there is space in the driveway for 3 cars max. Thank you!

Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. Large TV in the Living Room. Parking available for 2-3 cars. If you are looking for a house to party, this is not the right fit.

Bungalow beach style home. some guests find stairs to be “ steep” … my 82 year old mom does fine with the stairs and rail!
