Located in Elizabeth City minutes from the Coast Guard Base. 10 acre lake on property. Extremely quiet and relaxing. Enjoy fishing, row boating or a relaxing swim. A short drive in either direction sends you to Historic Edenton or sandy beaches of the OBX. The Lake House is perfect for families relaxing or even a business stay. Other events must be preapproved. Traveling to the OBX for vacation? Drive to Elizabeth City, get some much needed rest and only have a 45 minute drive to your vacation!

See our "hall of art" where each hallway is an art galleries Laney Layton of Edenton working as an artist since 1973. Just look for her signatures. You tube "tour of Manteo nc" to see this special location in the heart of downtown on a 2nd floor overlooking the lighthouse and Shallowbag bay. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops, docks, and Festival Park/Elizabeth II. Visit The Lost Colony/Fort Raleigh/Elizabethan Gardans, NC Aquarium, and Jockey's Ridge. Welcome to "Seas the Bay" surrounded by water and majestic live oaks, this quaint 2 bedroom cottage offers stunning views of Kitty Hawk Bay from the house, deck, & dock. Just 5 min from the beach, local food, & nightlife. Our dock on the bay is a perfect place to enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the water. This listing is for 4 guests, perfect for a family, friends, or couples. A small cottage with a long-term rental is on the same property, there is shared parking, but no living spaces shared.

The unit accommodates up to 2 guests; It is located directly on deep water & not suitable for children under 12. Guests can enjoy fishing /swimming, biking and paddle boarding! Strict NO PET POLICY!!! No service animals due to allergies!

We are situated right next to a small private marina. Although the dock is not available for use, the boat ramp is offered for a $5 drop box fee. Perfect for kiteboarders, paddle boarders, wind surfers, or anyone who wants to witness the beautiful Hatteras Island sunsets!

This very spacious Catamaran Cruiser feels more like a cottage than a houseboat. It is well-appointed with everything you’ll need for a stress-free getaway. Within walking distance, you will find great restaurants, bars, a museum, an art gallery, book store, coffee shop, salons, bakery, and gyms. This location is perfect for day trips to the OBX Waterpark etc, which is only 35 minutes away by car. This stay is sure to be a check off your bucket list!

Ocean Front Beach House Kearney Castle

Enjoy a home right on the beach. You can see the ocean from most rooms. Sit on the deck and see your family play on the beach, simmer in the hot tub overlooking the ocean, walk to fish head pier, minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.
