Kick back and relax in this stylish space built in 2022. Has one queen bed. We added a hot tub! The space has tall ceilings and a kitchenette with a few mini appliances. Enjoy lake view in the winter from the patio where you can hear the boats nearby and enjoy a fire pit and patio seating. The lake is a short walk through the woods on our rustic trail if you are adventurous. Laundry machines available if you get dirty. Short drive to the freeway and world class bike trails.

Entire detached apartment 1 Mile to Downtown Square, Coler trail 1.3 miles behind us, Slaughter Pen is north 2 miles, 5 Min Drive to Crystal Bridges Museum. This property is quiet and 100 % private. Our apartment is the perfect place to relax after a day of Bentonville site seeing or MT biking. We offer secure bike storage and a wash station. The "1-min walk to the lake" is inaccurate due to an ongoing issue on Airbnb. We are working to have this resolved. Located less than a mile from the beautiful public access area of Hogscald Hollow on Beaver Lake, and only 20 minutes from Eureka Springs! Two inflatable paddle boards & two kayaks for you to explore Beaver Lake. The outdoor space is where most guests spend a majority of their time. The back patio has a new Hot Tub, gas firepit, propane grill and screened in porch.
