Retreat to the Leister Cottage! A newly renovated 3 Bedroom 2 Bath cottage which sits on the shore of Houghton Lake. Houghton Lake is Michigan’s largest inland lake. Enjoy gorgeous views all year round! You have your own private dock for your boat, and a sandy shoreline to dip your toes into. We are minutes away from a public boat launch, snowmobiling ,ORV trails, and golfing. Multiple dining spots are an easy drive away. Let our lakefront home be the place to share a laugh and make memories!

Newly renovated lakefront property with some of the best sunsets on Houghton Lake. 3 bedrooms (6beds), two full bathrooms are perfect for multi family stays. Family friendly accommodation with many amenities (kayak, paddle boards, fire pit, swimming ) to relax and unwind with your loved ones! The sleeping layout has a king bed in two of the rooms, and two bunk beds in the third room. Bunks are Full beds on bottom (ok for adults), and twin beds on top, only good for people under 140lbs

Enjoy all the lake has to offer in this adorable lake front cabin with amazing views! Watch the sunrise from the kitchen while you sip a cup of coffee. The sunsets from our beach can’t be beat. The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. If you plan to bring a watercraft please inquire about space before booking or ask about our pontoon rental! If you need more than one cabin we may have another available. Inquire by message.

The living room features a gas fireplace and roomy leather sectional, while the dinning room provides comfortable seating for 16+ people with panoramic views of the stunning water and shore. Two refrigerators and a game room provide you with everything you need for a memorable visit. Perfect for gatherings of any kind.

Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.
