Wir haben uns einen Traum erfüllt und ein Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe und ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen geschaffen. Ein neues Haus im typischen Stil der Region Istrien mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 12 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.

The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

The balcony, furnished with seating and an electric grill, is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxation.

It is located in the port of Valdibora at the main entrance to the pedestrian zone and the city center. It can be accessed by car, and parking at an affordable price is behind the building.
