We fell in love with Rovinj and decided to buy an apartment here in the old town. We just finished renovating it and are over the moon with the result. We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away. The location is just perfect.

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. The Kaufland store and shopping center RETAIL PARK Rovinj is 650 meters away. At the end of the street a minute walk (60 meters) from the apartment there is free secured PARKING for your car. Newly renovated 2 bed apartment with sea view on the 1st floor of a condo. The sea is only 100 meters away. Ideally located since both the first beach and the city centre are in 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment offers fully equipped new kitchen, bed linens, bath towels, Internet TV, air condition and free WIFI in the whole apartment. There is a possibility to park the car in the front yard of the building.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Detached stone house Mate for 2 persons. It has one sleeping room, kitchen, toalet and, a balcony. It's an ideal escape from the city, also perfect for recreational athletes. There is a possibility of storing sport equipment. Rovinj village is located near city of Rovinj and it's a few minutes away by car. In the village it's the best to do everything by walk.
