Located on the 4th floor, it features a spacious entrance hall, a kitchen facing the backyard and a spacious bathroom with separate shower. Living room and bedroom are separated by a glass wall that ensures light through the whole space. Strategically located 2 min walk from Metro, S-train, and several bus lines headed downtown. Four supermarkets are located within 100m.

The old barbershop by the monastery

Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities. In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.

Centralt beliggende i Charlottenlund ligger denne 1-vær på 42 kvm med en ugenert udsigt mod øst, over Ordrup Park. 5 min til de to hoved-indkøbsstrøg i Charll, 10 min til stationen og yderligere 15 min, så befinder du dig i centrum af Cph. Tæt på skov og strand, Charll skov, Dyrehaven etc. Sengen er 160x200 cm og er en ny Dunlopillo seng,- med en stor dobbelt dyne. PPS: Og der må naturligvis ikke ryges i min lejlighed.
