Linric Fold - 2 Br cottage

Fully self contained 2 bdrm cottage on a lifestyle farm. (Tariff is for 2 people). We have a small herd of cattle, including 3 Scottish Highlands. The bulk of the land is in native bush, with bush walks. 1 km from the Pou Herenga Tai cycle way, & about 30 mins drive from both Kaikohe & Kerikeri. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room/lounge - it is comfortable, warm and homely. Limited Wifi and Freeview TV available. Our home till we built our new house (see photos).

Only a 7 minute walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The home has a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

The Cottage has been completely refurbished in 2016, retaining some of its charming features with up-dated modern facilities, and is fully self contained. Sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people. Set amidst a half hectare of park like surroundings, orchards and fields. Located 2 km north of Waipapa. Ideally situated for access to restaurants, galleries, country markets, beaches, walkways, historic places, crafts, water sports, native forests, theatres and the Bay of Islands.

2 Bedroom self-contained converted artist studio set in flat park-like grounds with olive grove, beach & stream (tidal) & boat ramp. Ideal for peaceful relaxation, fishing from nearby rocks, your boat or our kayaks, and as a base for sightseeing in the Bay of Islands, Russell, Paihia, Kerikeri and the Far North. Nearby swim at Jills Bay (walking distance), swim or surf at east coast Elliot Bay. 17km to Russell and the famous Duke of Marlborough Hotel.

In Tapeka Point with a short stroll to swimming beach and just a 5 minute drive to Russell with all its cafes restaurants and old world charm. We have a portable crib so families with babies are very welcome.

A subtropical paradise in the heart of Kerikeri. Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation with peaceful garden and ample off street parking. Easy flat walk to town and local walking tracks. Enjoy our solar heated pool October to April, and the company of our 3 cats and friendly small dog.
