It's the perfect location for any seasonal activity you've come to enjoy - skiing, hiking, swimming, leaf peeping, etc. Finish any day lounging at the cabin or out on our oversized deck or head into town for your choice of wood-fired pizza, cozy taverns, breweries or wine/cocktail bars.

Oma's Cabin - A Quiet, Off-Grid Forest Retreat

This tiny cabin is nestled in the woods, far from the noise of modern life. Originally built by my mom, “Oma,” to use as a retreat while visiting her grandkids, it's a green paradise in the summer and, with its cute woodstove, a warm and cozy retreat in the winter. 'Oma's Cabin' is located up Tunket Road in the Mettowee Valley of Pawlet, VT - our driveway is also the trailhead for Haystack Mt., so you have a spectacular hike out your front door. Cabin is HIKE-IN ONLY during the winter.

This listing is for the LEFT unit of our duplex home (you may book both units as well) and sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen on 2 floors.
