Nearly 100 walking tracks, trails & short walks mean you’re totally spoilt for choice. Lots of easy coastal walks include beaches, piers, arts trails, historic sites & villages for a lazy coffee. Go inland , shady bush walks, bird-filled wetlands & lots more.

Tree Tops - Rye Coastal Holiday Home with Spa

Tree Tops house - is located 1km from the front beaches of Rye. The house overlooks the trees and skyline and has views of Arthurs Seat on a multi - level residence. The property offers an undercover alfresco area for dining, BBQ and 5 person spa with 3 bedrooms and 2 large living areas. Newly renovated bathroom and an entertainers fully equipped kitchen. Comfortably sleeps 13 people (Only large family bookings accepted, no party groups). Tastefully furnished with modern classic coastal feel.

Mornington Peninsula Paradise - Self-contained cottage.

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.

A private and homely guest suite attached to main house in quiet street, 4 doors from north facing beach and 2 min drive to Cowes central. Reverse cycle A/C and electric fire place in lounge room with award winning sofa bed, a separate bedroom with king bed (electric blankets organic linen/cotton sheets) fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with spa bath, shower, 6 ft fenced private courtyard, bbq, outdoor setting and secured for pets. 30 minute beach walk to Main Street. No shared areas.

#Parkerfarmstay is a 11 acre hobby farm. We have 2 units on the farm PF1 sleeps 5 and PF2 sleeps 7. This one is cosy next to chickens/ducks, the other is larger + laundry next to the playground. Ideal for family or friend groups who want to stay together on the Mornington Peninsula. We are close to Beach, Wineries, Hot Springs, Big Goose, Dinosaur World,weddings, EnchantedMaze, Moonlit Sanctuary, Funky Farm, Hastings Marinas bring your boat!
