This bright, modern 1 bedroom condo features a fireplace, full kitchen, separate tub and shower, his & her sinks and private patio with spectacular views overlooking the Empress and Parliament Buildings. Steps from the inner-harbour and all the major tourist attractions including Beacon Hill Park and the Royal BC Museum, "The Falls," is the perfect place to explore Victoria.
The unit is on the 7th floor and remarkably quiet despite being so central. Beautiful water features and a spa-like entrance greet you as you enter the building.
Amenities: Fitness gym consisting of 2 treadmills, 2 eliptical machines, a bike, 2 stretch mats, and free weights; Heated outdoor swimming pool (29 degrees celcius/ 84 degrees farenheit) & poolside lounge area with chairs provided (open May 1st to October 1st); Hot tub (open dawn to dusk) with chemical levels tested daily and consistent with VIHA regulations; Shower & change room; Outdoor fire place and lounge area with couch-style seating on pool deck patio.
Guests receive full access to the building, the pool and hot tub is only available during the Spring and Summer.
We are experienced AirBnB hosts and are readily available to help you check-in and answer any questions you have.
The apartment is close to all the city's major tourist attractions, including The Empress Hotel, Beacon Hill Park, the Inner Harbour, Royal BC Museum, Parliament Buildings, and dozens of restaurants and shops.
Bus routes, ferries, float planes and taxis are all nearby.
