Bath, Beautiful Views of the Kennebec River

This open concept apartment is close to Historic Downtown Bath and has beautiful views of the Kennebec River. The apartment has hardwood floors, large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, high ceilings, queen size bed and a comfortable couch that can sleep a third person. The oversized bathroom is well lit w/plenty of counter space, tile floor and a large comfortable shower with a seat. Large deck w/table and chairs. Once the mayor's mansion in the early 1850's, now a comfortable, beautifully restored apartment building offering a unique and beautiful lodging experience. Short walk to all that downtown Bath has to offer, excellent restaurants, shops, art, amazing bakery and scenic architecture to name a few. Modern amenities include WiFi, smart TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, King size bed. Available to both the vacationer and the long term traveler!

Max. 2 adults. No pets. Infants welcome but the apartment is not babyproofed. No cigarettes on the property, but smoking (legal) weed on the porch is fine.

On top of the world in this second level unit of a multi-unit house. Lovely views from the scenic deck over looking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. The unit has 2 bedrooms (additional accommodations to sleep up to 6), one bath, and a full kitchen and breath taking sunsets Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and well behaved pets. We want to be courteous of all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)
