Wild Acres Yurt on 36 acres.

This 20' yurt sits in a private location on our 36 acre hobby farm. We border the 800 acre Kelly Wildlife Sanctuary with trails and a 300 acre pond. The yurt has power, cold running h20, A/C, induction cook top, fridge, micro, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery and silverware. It contains a queen sized bed, full sized futon, air mattress, table/chairs, and wood stove. There is an outdoor shower with hot h20 and the restroom is an outdoor privy. There is a fire pit with seating.

77 Washington is tucked along the shores of the Kennebec River in Bath. Centrally located along the coast between Boothbay Harbor and Freeport, both of which are about 30 min drive. We are adjacent to the South End Boat Launch, your portal to the open ocean! The cottage is just a short walk to the Maine Maritime Museum and only 15 miles from both Popham Beach State Park and Reid State Park. Master bedroom has private balcony and first floor offers cute galley kitchen and screened porch.

Gorgeous riverside studio, the smaller of two AirBnB houses on the same property on the outskirts of beautiful and historic Bath, Maine. Convertible space with murphy bed, led lights, Google TV, small refrigerator/freezer, propane stove/oven, deck with grill. Miles of trails right out the door and a mile and a half of sandy beaches just a mile down the road. Park pass provided for your car. Be advised there is a 24 inch hallway and door to bathroom.

Use it as your hub to explore Midcoast Maine or hunker down and enjoy the screened in porch after a swim in the cove.
