Outside fun: 200' of sandy beachfront and trail, 2 wood firepits (wood supplied by guests), BBQ, lounging areas, 2 kayaks, 2 supyaks, 2 paddleboards, 12 lifevests, 55' LED-strip trex dock with 120v plugin, swim ladder, parking for 2+ boats. Inside: multi-game tables with pool, air hockey, and chess, movie room, an addt. TV area w/ fireplace. There are 2 King bedrooms, and bunkroom (5 beds).

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Our home is a 5 minute walk or bike ride to City Beach, Utara, Fat Pig, Matchwood Brewing, Mickduff’s Beer Hall, Evans Brother’s Coffee, Pend Oreille Winery, and a handful of boutiques, galleries, and yoga studios. We are just a 25 minute drive to Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

The town of Sandpoint is only a few blocks away so enjoy the short stroll to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and our famous city beach. Bring your kayak or SUP and launch out the back door. Winter time here is all about Schweitzer and its an easy drive to the mountain-11 miles.

Hope Marina & Boat launch is just a quick 5 minute drive and roughly 20 minute drive to Sandpoint. The Idaho Club Golf Course is about 15 minute drive, Schweitzer is about 40 minutes to top of mtn.
