Charming Garden Apartment

Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

Basic breakfast supplies Parking for 2 cars under the house. Must walk up 22 steps to the front door. No infants, babies, toddlers or children and only TWO guests to stay please.
