Downstairs next to pool. Private romantic studio king bed, private bath, full modern kitchen, laundry... all amenities. Recliner loveseat sofa for viewing the large flat screen TV. Child friendly amenities including pack-n-play & high chair. 2 pets max are welcome (more than 2 on an approval basis only) Outdoors on the ground level there is under house concrete parking, heated swimming pool, picnic table, park style grill, fire pit, enclosed outdoor shower, enclosed commode and fish cleaning station. Golf carts are allowed in this neighborhood.
