Casa Tre Fiori's Orchid is a large, private and peaceful one bedroom apartment with a large deck overlooking the labyrinth garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioned bedroom. Enjoy the sounds of nature from the deck. Walk to some of the National Park hiking trails. Easy 4 miles to town and short drive to North Shore beaches. Fish Bay is adjacent to the National Park on the south shore of the St John. The shared pool and hot tub are located nearby along the Zen Garden path.

With a clean modern vibe, Sweet Spice is more laidback getaway than luxury villa. It’s an ideal HQ for 2 active STJ adventurers - but with a few extra amenities! Located off the beaten path on the quiet side of STJ, it feels secluded but is only a 5 minute drive to the shops of Coral Bay. Note: road is rough and requires a 4WD and there are LOTS of stairs.

This Mediterranean style, four bedroom luxury villa sits at the top of a mountainside overlooking St. John’s pristine Hurricane Hole, designated a Virgin Islands Coral Reef Monument in 2001. Heaven’s Gate is a serene and very private hilltop vacation villa. Each of the four handsomely furnished bedroom suites includes its own private bath, three with outside showers, and each suite has access to outside terraces. You have to see Sunset Villa for yourself! Sunset Villa is a stunning one bedroom studio with kitchenette, in a gated community, offering resort like amenities with amazing views! You will have access to The Clubhouse bar and restaurant (open seasonally), the game room including a pool and ping pong table and big screen television, sunset terrace, and community pool. Sunset villa has a private entrance and large windows so you can take in the view. You will not be disappointed!

Simplicity-affordable with a view

Simplicity is targeted at the down-to-earth traveler who comes to explore nature and simple living. It is a small studio with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a breathtaking view that our guests love. You can enjoy the view from the bedroom or from the deck, where you can relax with views of turquoise waters, green hillsides, and the neighboring British Virgin Islands. There is no AC, I live upstairs in my apartment with my sons, and there is no generator.

Ocean Blue Cottage

Ocean Blue Cottage located in Upper Carolina, 400' above sea level, overlooking Coral Bay harbor, Bordeaux Mt, Carolina valley and a peek of the Caribbean Sea. 23 steps down from the road, it has a bedroom 9'x12', dining/kitchen area 6'x10', bathroom 3'x10', private outdoor shower 4'x5', deck 8'x4' with grill, furniture, umbrella. Pricing is $150 night. There’s also an $90 cleaning fee per reservation. 5 min drive to restaurants, 10 min to beaches.
