The Boutique Retreat offers 9 custom tiny home cottages in the heart of wine country. The Ohana Bungalow is a spacious 300 square foot cottage with an upscale Island theme featuring warm acacia wood, rich leather furnishings and authentic art from Hawaii. The interior of the cottage has a stunning 11 foot arched ceiling accented with rich tongue & groove pine that compliments the clean white walls and warm vinyl plank luxury flooring. The private deck faces Alpine Ave - minutes from 3rd Street.

NEW Room w/ Views in Upscale Riverfront Inn

Thoughtfully renovated in 2021-23, Room #4 features two-story, floor-to-ceiling views to the Nehalem River. The first floor has oversized swivel chairs, a kitchenette (w/ mini fridge, Keurig and microwave) and dining a dining set. A tight, circular staircase winds up to the bedroom level, with a king size bed (and great linens) and luxurious bathroom, w/ heated floors and dual shower heads. This room has a private deck on each level, in addition to several shared outdoor areas. No pets, please.

Located in the small, hip Montavilla neighborhood, truly provides an authentic 'Portland' experience. Central location, close to PDX and 10 mins to downtown. An adorable 1920's house situated right off E. Burnside. Our lower unit is both contemporary and spacious with 800 sq ft that is brightly lit with ample windows, private bathroom, small kitchen, roomy entertainment area, and modern furnishings. Feels like a hotel with your own private entrance, great yard and seating for coffee in morning!

Your garden apartment has its own private entrance, a large bedroom with a queen bed, a full private bath, and a kitchenette. We are in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood, six miles west of downtown Portland, and less than a mile to the light rail and bus. We are within walking distance to a mall which includes: Sunrise Bagels, Godfather's Pizza, Rite Aid Pharmacy, a hair salon, a barber and a Wells Fargo Bank. Also we are close to a nature trail, parks, St.Vincent's Hospital and Nike.
