Located just outside BV. This quiet, spacious, dog friendly home sits on 2 acres. Natural light from all windows WITH wonderful mountain views. It’s a ranch style house with an open concept, kitchen, a large island & great appliances. There are 5 bedrooms & a futon, 3 full bathrooms, laundry room, 3 TV's and wifi. There is also a bonus game room with pool & foosball tables. Fenced in backyard for dogs w/deck and fire pit. There is a Ring camera doorbell on the front door facing the street.

This affordable option was originally built as railroad worker housing, and I bought it as a raft guide/teacher over 15 years ago, and used it as my first home and base for adventure. The home is across the street from the Comanche Drive in theatre, 2 Miles from Cottonwood Hot Springs, 9 Miles from Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. Please note: It's an additional $25 per pet per night. Maximum of 2 pets per stay. Please pick up after them and keep them off the furniture. No cats, please. Thanks!
