Cottage on Shuswap lake- semi private beach

This fabulous cottage is located in Sunnybrae near Tappan which is 15 minutes from Salmon Arm. The cottage is across the street from the lake with its own private lake access. The cottage has two bedrooms and a great bathroom with a large soaker tub and a large kitchen with a lovely dining area. The cottage also has a washer and dryer. Your front patio gets the morning and afternoon sun and your back patio gets the evening Sun. Mooring buoy in front of your cottage on the lake is available.

Welcome to the Cottage at Pottery Manor! The guest cottage is completely separate from our main home and boasts a private deck! We are located on a half-acre central to Vernon, BC. Shopping is right down the street! However, we are in the middle of a bird sanctuary/ gorgeous forested area. We have lots of interesting birds and deer! House coats, comfortable bedding, and a beautiful deck area surrounded by an oasis! Have a glass of wine or coffee while you lounge around soaking in some nature.

We are about a 15 minute drive to the public beach and 5 minutes to the downtown shopping area. If you're interested in walking it is about a 15 minute walk to the College, Recreation Center, and Jungle Mania (3 min drive). This is a family home located in a family oriented neighborhood with a small community feel and friendly atmosphere.
