Small one-bed studio suite with a hide-a-bed couch (book for three if used). Private entrance & porch. Coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. Kitchen, Ruko streaming with Netflix, WiFi, queen bed, shower. This suite is BEST for a couple or small family due to lact of privacy. NOT for LIGHT sleepers as you can hear us walking above you. If there are only two of you but you want to use the hide-a-bed please BOOK FOR THREE PEOPLE. Children free unless they use the hide a bed. Tesla charger: $10 a day.

This suite is located on a quiet street just minutes from downtown, bike paths, groceries, restaurants, etc. 5 min to Kal Lake and 20 to Silverstar! The bedroom has a King mattress, a large custom closet, extra blankets, hot tub towels, and bathrobes. The bathroom has a full set of towels, shampoo, conditioner, qtips, make up wipes, and bodywash. In the living room there are leather recliners, a smartTV, books, puzzles & games. The kitchen comes stocked! The laundry area is a shared space.

Lovely views of Okanagan Lake from both the suite and yard area. The courtyard faces a beautiful garden with small red chicken house where you’ll be greeted by Laverne & Shirley. Suite is basically soundproof and located on the side of the main house, joined by only one small wall. We rarely meet our guests! A beautiful property nestled right in town with loads to do! (Or to not do!) 25 minutes to Silverstar. 5 minutes to Kal Beach. 28 minutes to Kelowna Airport.

Amazing 1 bdrm Okanagan Lake View Suite

This is a walk out one bedroom, fully equipped basement suite in a new modern/contemporary home. It is suitable for 1 or 2 guests. The view to the lake and the hillsides across the lake are incredible. There is lake access to Okanagan Lake across the street. Arrangements for boat moorage may be arranged as we have a private mooring buoy. Come to the Okanagan, this recreation mecca, and enjoy everything that we have to offer. Longer stay rates may be negotiated.

Kitchen has full sized appliances, water filter system, and an ice maker in the fridge.

Beautifully appointed upper floor of a downtown home. On a secluded treed street, walk to downtown or the hospital. Panoramic view of the lake, Mt Ida and Salmon Arm Wharf from your private covered deck. Our suite is located in Vernon overlooking the city and valley views. The kitchenette offers small appliances like Crock Pot, load it up before you head out for a round of golf or wine tour and enjoy a piping hot meal or fire up the BBQ on your return from a full day of activities. Relax & unwind with a hot tub or game of billiards in the private lounge areas indoor/outdoor. We have access to a hiking trail across the street from our home.

The Suite Spot is best suited for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. A modern, fully equipped private apartment with high ceilings, making it feel spacious & bright with private hot tub from September to June. (HT closed July & August). 7mins away from city, for restaurants/amenities & 15mins away from lots of local beaches/ lakes & sight seeing adventures. 15mins away from ~ Silver Star Resort & Sovereign Lake Nordic Ski Centre.
