Welcome to our cozy 1940s bungalow with natural light, wood beams, bamboo floors, and a fully fenced yard. We are located just 1 mile from the heart of Downtown Vancouver, where you’ll find an awesome mix of restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. *NOTE: our home borders 3 new townhomes so privacy may be limited in the backyard. Also, there is no central A/C—however, 3 portable A/C units are provided to help cool the space, but it can get warm during heatwaves. Most guests are fine with it!

Driveway EV ChargePoint 220V. Comcast H.S. Internet. Choice of formal dining room or the live edge eating bar. A cooks kitchen with spices galore and everything from the right pot, wok, or tabletop. Location, Location! Easy I-5 access yet quiet!

Quiet 2-bedroom home with indoor fireplace

2-bedroom, 1.5 bath home is part of a duplex, the other side has a full-time renter. Quiet street, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, etc. in East Vancouver. There is enough parking for 2 cars to fit in tandem in the driveway + plenty of street parking. One bedroom has a K bed and the other is an office space with a trundle bed that can be set up as a T or K and a Q plug-in air mattress. Enjoy time outside on the private back patio or inside with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace.

I was raised on the Oregon Coast, love the Beach and Ocean, it is so restful and place to get close to God. I'm a retired Interior Designer, Love table games, travel, cook, friends, organizing get together s, My God, family and where I live is the best place in the US. The Bungalow is a separate guest house get away, There is a hide-a-bed, in case you have a third person space to enjoy your home away from home. Great for solo, business, pleasure, couples or more. Custom Built Sleeps Six - Basement Apartment

Renovated 1926 Bungalow. 6' of dirt was dugout to make a unique 1/4 daylight basement. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, breweries, Carter Park, & our amazing new waterfront. Easy access to I-5, close to Portland International Airport, & Portland, OR, shopping (NO sales tax!). Very comfortable space, fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, convection toaster oven, & induction hot plate (works amazing). Ask about my pet policy.

The house was built in 2024: 3 bedrooms (1 master) 2.5 bathrooms Two living rooms LARGE kitchen Washer/dryer Stone-Wall Fireplace with a “75 TV Theater: 4x8ft screen display with projector (in family room upstairs) 4k SqFt backyard: Jacuzzi Fire Pit Grill You also have an access to the two-car garage. Park on the driveway (fits 2, but can fit one more inside the garage and leave the other half for storage only). PETS: $40 one-time cleaning fee plus add as “extra guest”

Carter Park Home - 2 Bedroom Suite

This is a private 2 bedroom suite at the Carter Park Home. You are located mid level of home (there are guest(s) above, below and next door to you). It comes with a private entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen with bar seating, and washer & dryer. Enjoy TV with premium cable channels and free WIFI. There is an outdoor BBQ area and we are pet friendly. Parking is easy in lot behind house. Pets must be disclosed in booking ($150 fee).

The home comes with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. The kitchen comes with equipment for cooking and baking. There is a gaming area with lots of board games, puzzles, and a jukebox! The property has many areas to explore, adventure, and hot tub!!!
