Charming Manzanita Red Cottage near Beach & Village

Here in this story-book setting four charming, old-world style cottages and a studio apartment accommodation are nestled amidst fragrant floral gardens reminiscent of early California. A whimsical wishing well in the center of the grassy courtyard adds special magic to this delightful and relaxing hideaway for couples looking for a romantic weekend getaway, family vacationers and business vagabonds. The cottage is tucked away in a historic Laguna Beach neighborhood. The cottages are close enough for a stroll to the beach, shops, restaurants, and galleries, yet far enough away from the activities of downtown Laguna. Laguna Beach has a cute trolly that is free to take all round the city. Runs Friday-Sunday. Uber, Lyft and taxis are also easy ways to get around if you don't want to walk. Built in 1927 by Hollywood film producer Harry Green, the cottages have been beautifully restored to reflect the charm of the original Laguna Beach art colony while offering the convenience and comfort of modern day amenities, lodging, and accommodations in Southern California. Each rental cottage has individually-selected furnishings and artwork.

This cottage is located in the heart of Dana Point, a beautiful and uncongested beach community! Ideally located. A 5 minute walk finds you at the nearby town center and new downtown area where you can find restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park, Go to the Marina for a fun get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly alternative to the over priced resort hotels.

Conveniently located near Temecula Wine Country, Old Town Temecula, and Pechanga, we are close to everything but still very secluded. Small dogs are allowed for a fee of $50 - passed on to our cleaning company for additional cleaning between guests. Unfortunately we do not allow cats due to allergy sensitivities.
