The Dutch House is an stylish updated Basement Apartment with a Dutch flare as my husband was from Holland! Heated Pool is open May 20th to October 15th. We're in the heart of Sandy 4 minutes to the Sandy Expo, restaurants, shopping & theaters. Guests have private access to the pool, playhouse, BBQ, patio, gazebo & garden. 30 minutes to ski resorts Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude. 45 min to Park City & Sundance. Snow-shoeing/hiking trails 15 minutes up Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons.

The Retreat, close to everything.

Our family calls it "The Retreat" it is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and about 10 mins to area resorts. There are several more ski resorts in the area, with a short drive. The Retreat is very well maintained and kept updated, with the highest quality and livability in mind. Kitchen equipment, appliances, and wares are some of the best available. Mattresses, bedding, towels, and supplies are of quality. This is not a budget Inn it is "The Retreat", enjoy it as we do and come back.

Cottonwood Canyons in All Seasons

Ski at Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird. Hike the canyons in Summer, Fall and Spring. This is a quiet basement apartment with two bedrooms, a fully equipped small kitchen with gas range, microwave and refrigerator. A bath with a large shower, living room with a comfortable seating. A large table for meals or work. Cable TV and internet, a stacked washer and dryer for guests' exclusive use. Fenced yard, patio with hot tub, a park within walking distance, public transit and a gym nearby.

Downstairs apartment. 4 Bedroom 2 bath with private entrance and kitchen. Great room for relaxing with gas fireplace and 72"TV. Hot tub hammock and fire pit overlooking Antelope Island and the Salt Lake Valley. Great sunsets. Fenced yard. Dogs live upstairs. No pets without prior approval. Extra fee of $10 for guests 5-8. Quiet hours 11PM-7 AM. Hot tub is closed during quiet hours. If you are locals and looking to be loud and party please do not book at this location. EV charger.

A charming 3 bedroom home with two and half bathrooms Almost all amenities one can think of is inc: game room with pool table, dart etc, hot tub, playground for kids with swing set. Completely fenced yard with picnic table grill and fire pit. On the inside, in addition to basics, with full functional kitchen and living room, the house has water treatment system which provides soft and filtered water. We are happy to provide it FREE charge. Don't border to buy your own bottled water!

One of closest cabins to Brighton Resort. Just 2 minute walk to lift, Solitude Nordic& Snowshoe trail around Silver Lake, restaurants, bar. Alpine cabin charm, majestic mountain and resort views. Snowshoes, fireplace, 3 br 1.5 bath, BBQ, new appliances. Private master tv & deck. Brighton has Utah's only night skiing giving 50% more time on slopes! FREE parking onsite. 45 min to Airport or Park City. Alta/Snowbird 26 min. Host is former Brighton ski instructor/guide.
