The house is a corner lot in a secure and gated community within walking distance of the beach and restaurants in the town and still absolutely quiet. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a big outdoor dining/sitting area are available. Pool and garden are maintained and you will look out into a jungle of green from every window and the spacious balcony. 8 minutes walk to the beach or the first restaurants in town. Car park under a roof. Best for recreation and recharging your body battery.
