General Description:
Plantara is a two-story structure with the upper floor being two identical fully furnished one-bedroom apartments. The lower level contains two identical studio apartments. Each of the four apartments has its own entrance, and privacy that you can’t get at a hotel, while providing the amenities at you’re your fingertips. The apartments are appointed with refrigerators, cooktops, living area with pull out sofa, and a queen bed. The apartments have been planned for the high-tech, connected world traveler, and each have dedicated free fiber WiFi, WiFi Controlled LED Dimmable Lighting, Wifi & Keyless Electronic Locks, Wifi Controlled Air Conditioning, and Wifi Security Cameras protect each apartment entrance. After your reservation is made, access to your apartment’s automation systems will provided to you via email, and your unique entry code will be provided to you 24-hrs priors to your arrival. No need to carry keys to the beach, or worry about arriving on a late-night flight, simply tap in your unique entry code and make yourself at home. Have peace of mind and control your apartment from anywhere in Costa Rica. Want to return to a lit and cooled apartment after a day at the beach, all controlled via your smartphone via Apple HomeKit, or other apps. A PDF file with directions and list of required apps will be provided upon reservation.
