Secluded beach apartments, Skala - Apt 2

A beautiful secluded beach and a lush garden make this an ideal island getaway for those in search of a peaceful holiday, immersed in nature. In a large garden are three modern, spacious apartments, suitable for solo travelers, couples or families. The smallest apartment is an open space studio, while the largest has two floors and 3 bedrooms. A short, 3 minute walk leads to a quiet beach with few visitors. Shops and restaurants are in the village of Skala, 3 kms (2 miles) away.

Theseus Seafront House, Sami Kefalonia

Theseus' Seafront House is located at the most central part of the quiet and charming village of Sami, in the center of Kefalonia, making it an ideal location for exploring our beautiful island. Is a spacious open plan apartment ideal for 2 guests, where you can have a relaxing time by enjoying a comfortable sleep; have a coffee and/or a drink at a nice and cozy balcony above the sea. The apartment is recently fully renovated (2023) in order to meet the highest expectations.

Olvio, living by the sea, a historic house has been lovingly restored by it's owners who are passionate about creating a home-from-home experience, here you'll find a warm welcome and a luxurious home stay, whether there's just the two of you or you're a family.
 Olvio House stands in a prime position on the charming coastal road in Sami village. The house was carefully renovated in spring 2019, with imaginative and modern interpretation of Mediterranean living.

Το “Captain’s house” είναι ένα μεγάλο σπίτι που βρίσκεται στην παραλία του κέντρου της Σάμης της Κεφαλονιάς, με εξαιρετική θέα, μόλις 5 λεπτά από την παραλία και κοντά στο λιμάνι. Βρίσκεται επίσης κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σε καφετέριες και μπαρ. Σημείωση: Υπάρχει σκάλα που ανεβαίνεις στον δεύτερο όροφο όπου βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα.

The beautifully decorated open plan sleeping and living area provide a relaxing and calm space. The house has also a small kitchen and a bathroom. The beach is right on your doorstep, as is the walking path to Sami where you can find all amenities. Outdoors there is a heated and decked Jacuzzi and a stunning garden!!
