Fun lake house with the PERFECT LOCATION on Canyon Lake! Enjoy the multilevel deck complete with hot tub, fire pit, tiki bar, Weber grill, cocktail pool, amazing views and plenty of seating! There is also access to the water at the ramp next door to the house! Please note: The lake is low right now due to lack of rain. Lake Dunlap Getaway Retreat on the Water's Edge!

Hello we are the Stevens, the NEW OWNERS of the Tree Top Haus since July 2022!! We would like to invite you to Escape to the end of a private road, where the ambiance is serene and relaxing with plenty of space. Cascading porches offer many views of Lake Dunlap on the Guadalupe River. This house is meant to bring people together, with many places to gather around dinner tables or a fire pit, cook in the large kitchen, or enjoy the spacious covered 1st floor patio, located under the house.

Perfect place to come relax, recharge and enjoy the hill-country living. On the property you can take a dip in the pool, relax in the sauna or jacuzzi. You can take 10 min walk, bike or a 3 min drive to the neighborhood lake/beach area bring your shade and beach chairs for a day of swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. Old Hancock Trail is about 3.5 miles and then curves back around making the trip about 7 miles perfect for hiking along the lake. Canyon lake Marina is 10 min drive.
