The house is in the historic central neighborhood of Golden Hill, with views of Coronado Island. It's close to downtown, Little Italy, and Balboa Park—home of the world-famous San Diego Zoo. Plenty of great restaurants and markets are nearby. The space comes with free parking on the premises for one vehicle, and is close to a bus stop that makes the rest of the city easily accessible. Major attractions are just a short Uber ride that is typically less than $10.
