The studio has a queen size bed, newly remodeled private bathroom with walk in shower, an armchair to relax in, and a desk to get some work done. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You can easily walk to the pier and downtown in a few minutes. You'll find many great restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance.

The apartment is located in the heart of downtown San Clemente, within walking distance to everything. Walk out the door and you have your choice of over 20 different restaurants and retail stores to choose from (two of our favorites are right next to our apartment). The beach and pier are a 16 minute walk and on Sundays there is a farmers market that is lots of fun.
