Windows specifically placed for views and decorative relics from the early mining days give you the feeling of historic Silverton with the comforts of a modern stay. From the front yard you can hear the waterfall on Kendall and watch the train chug into town. Truly the perfect stay all your San Juan adventures.

Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. After a great day of riding, hiking or skiing the many great trails of the San Juan's, come home to a soak in a early 1900's era cast iron tub or a hot shower in the newly remodeled bathroom. The front deck offers a great view of the mountains while you enjoy your morning coffee or you can grill and relax for dinner on the new deck. There are so many things to do in Silverton. The Durango/Silverton railroad, the Silverton mining museum, riding or hiking trails and backcountry skiing!

This beautiful condo is conveniently located on the stunning Valley Floor. A 2 mile walk, bike, bus, or drive to Telluride. Our south facing, cozy, private hotel room sits at the base of Chair 7, gets ample sunshine and is ski-in/ ski-out. It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. This warm, small suite includes a kitchenette and shared hot tub (closed until Oct. 30) situated on the San Miguel River where you can enjoy the Colorado night sky or serenades of the stream. Located in downtown Telluride, this ground floor condo sleeps 1-6 comfortably. Enjoy free off-street parking for one vehicle, relax in the saltwater hot-tub and take in the tranquil sounds of the gurgling San Miguel river steps from the front door. This convenient downtown location is a short walk or free bus ride to anywhere in town and skiers will be pleased with the stones throw proximity to chair 7 and ticket office. The Gondola is a short walk down the river trail.

We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.
