This is a beautiful studio apartment in the middle of a working 100 acre vineyard. A beautiful fresh water reservoir for swimming on the hot days, BBQ Grill and sand volleyball court makes this a special and peaceful getaway in wine country. Spectacular wine country views' comfortable 2 bedroom modular cottage with full kitchen and comfortable furniture. Very quiet, close to dozens of winery's and only 15 minutes to downtown Paso Robles. Beautiful trees and garden shared by our Victorian home. Our top of the hill location is great for stargazing. One added feature our pet Bison Aleshanee and Halona! Both Bison have unique personalities that fit their names.

Nestled on 40 acres in the country, we are only 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles and wineries. This spacious home has an open kitchen with sitting bar connected to living and dining area. Large, long porch overlooking the hills surrounding the ranch and area. Alpacas, goats,pigs and chickens are within view from the living room. Wander around to meet all the animals. We sell our farm fresh eggs!
