This first floor unit has 9' ceilings, exposed wood beams, full kitchen and a covered veranda with a spectacular view of the ocean, beach, pool and bar! We have four star resort towels, linens, quiet AC and mattresses that guests rave about! It is only a ten minute walk to downtown! Relax in the pool or have some cocktails at the bar. OASI is a top rated apartment rental facility with four furnished apartments with equipped kitchen, independent bathroom, ceiling fan and A/C, free Wi-fi, one queen size bed and a sofa futon, independent verandah with chairs and hammocks. We care about environment and we add 12 solar panels to provide solar energy in all the property. We also have a rain water vat to have access to rain water when rain season is in with a shift to city water when no rain. We use only bio detergents.

One of two studio apartments that are located on the lower level of our home. Spacious and cool, situated on our tree-filled property in a residential area of Caye Caulker. Each unit has a full kitchen, A/C, fans, hammock, wifi, queen size bed, futon, unlimited drinking water, and BIKES! BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

There is an manager locally to help with all needs. Security is on site in the evenings.
