Good Luck is a hundred-year-old classic yacht, lovingly restored and ready to transport you to another time while luxuriously spoiling you on your bay area adventure. This dockside charter gives you complete privacy and an amazing nautical experience. Alameda is a beautiful island community in the heart of the Bay, filled with beautiful homes, adorable shops, and many great restaurants. The San Francisco ferry is close by to whisk you to the big city, so why would you want to stay anywhere else?

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a cozy studio with a kitchenette and private entrance, located on a quiet, safe street with ample parking. You’ll love the convenience of being minutes from downtown WC, BART, colleges, hospitals, parks, trails, and great dining options. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are a 5-8 min drive, and Safeway is an 8-min walk. Plus, you’re within walking distance of local favorites - restaurants, Heather Farms Park, Calicraft Brewery, and Artie’s Bar perfect for a memorable stay!

Apartment w hot tub / forest & ocean view

Slow living at this farm (Coop d'état Farm) retreat on Kings Mountain. Set in old-growth forest with ocean views, a fire pit and a hot tub, the apartment sits on a working campsite (Kings Mountain Fancy Camp) with chickens, goats, dogs, and cats. A 10-minute walk from the Purisima Open Space trail network. It has a bedroom a living room, a bathroom and an office space. It occupies the lower floor of our home and has a private entrance and parking. With access to a shared picnic area / bbq.

Fully-equipped studio in victorian home

Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.
