Captain Davis Cottage a privately owned river cottage located in Sandy Point, VA. Close to where the Potomac River meets the Chesapeake Bay, the cottage has a large beach and private pier. New construction, modern amenities and craftsman touches by the owner. Rental includes main cottage (3 BR, 2 bath) and guest cottage (1 BR, 0 bath). ADA Friendly. Memorial Day + Labor Day weekends are 3 day minimums, in between those two weekends (summer) we rent Friday to Friday for a 7 night rental.

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

Free WiFi, two TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is also a cedar sauna. Parking is on the property. Apartment situated near shops, restaurants, St. Mary's College and the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. 15 minutes from Chesapeake Bay, 1 hour to DC beltway. French and German also spoken.

Relax with the whole family and spend life on Island Time. Full bar set up with ice maker and wine refrigerator. Private pier, paddle boards and firepit. Unwind on St Goerge Island or head out to one of the local eateries for some southern Maryland faire. Inside you have 2 spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms. A massive island for cooking, card playing or just great conversations with endless views. Crabbing, fishing. The Neighbors have 2 Great Danes and a cat that you may see occasionally

Welcome to White Point Cottage on the beautiful Potomac — 90 minutes from Washington, DC, but a world away. The renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage sits on nearly an acre of south-facing waterfront property, affording a sense of privacy along with sunrise and sunset views. We’ve owned in the same neighborhood in St. Mary's County since 2005 and are eager to show guests why we love it here. A beautiful view of the Roxsbury Estate where abundant wildlife can be viewed all around the property and the pond is stocked and ready to be fished. Within driving distance to wineries, Stratford Hall, George Washington & James Monroe's birthplace, Westmoreland State Park, and the beach town of Colonial Beach.

This tiny home is a newly renovated cabana sitting on a pier. Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing under you! Enjoy shared use of our private beach. Bikes are available April-October and are stored directly across the street. Go crabbing or fishing off the pier and walk to one of the many nearby restaurants. Check out the summer concert series at the Calvert Marine Museum.
