Pine Villa is a three bedroom villa surrounded by nature at Sani, Kassandra Halkidiki! On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, the living room plus two bedrooms with one bathroom. There is also an attic where the master bedroom with a small WC is located. Nearest beach is Koutsoupia Beach which is 900 meters away ( beach not organized ). Anemos Beach Bar is located 1.6km away. Family holidays with a view and a big garden close by the sea. This house is perfect for families who seek an appartment with a very big garden, barbecue and all the amenities of a modern house (fast wifi, utensils, laundry machine). There is room for 5-6 persons in the house which consists of a cute bedroom with 1 sofa-bed that opens and a living room with 1 double bed, plus a sofa-bed. The beach is 500m away whilst supermarkets 5min by car away.
