Welcome to Noonmark, our year round lakefront cottage! Enjoy excellent lake and mountain views from a new custom deck and Noonmark's extended dock. You will have access to a beach, a canoe and 2 kayaks - the water is just 15 yards from the deck! Noonmark is a 10 minute walk to quaint shops, restaurants and parks on Main Street. Kid's nook with bed, kitchen and bathroom recently updated with new appliances. Cozy living space and lakeside fire pit will help you wind down after exploring the ADKs.

This cabin is camp to us and now a place for you to experience as well. 2 minutes by car or boat to the village of Saranac Lake. A newly remodeled waterfront camp that is private and has a sandy beach area for swimming. Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.

Close to all North Country activities, she is one mile to Saranac Lake and a 10 minute drive to Lake Placid. Or just stay at the lake and enjoy the porch and community HOA's lakeside property. F/Q bed with pullout sofa for an additional guest. Drapes for bath privacy. It's cozy. Marcy is a respite for all.
