Private house, walking distance to downtown

This centrally-located house has the best of both worlds— you can stay busy with a walk to the shops and restaurants on Broadway (12 min walk), stroll over to the art district on Beekman (8 min walk), take a short drive or bike ride to the State Park/SPAC (6 min) or enjoy the vibrancy of the Saratoga Race Track (7 min drive). When you need a quiet place to relax, you can return home to sit on the patio while your children play in the yard or cozy up on the couch to watch a movie on the 65” TV.

Cute, back apartment

Our two floor, back apartment has an efficiency kitchen; coffee pot, kettle, refrigerator, toaster,... Bedroom and full bathroom are on the second floor. The living room is comfy & plenty of space to relax and hang out. Screened in porch is my favorite place in the house! Little couch and a couple of chairs, ceiling fan and light. There is a grill outside you are welcome to use. No smoking. We are located about .45 miles from Broadway and 1.6 miles away from the Saratoga Race Track.

Location! Carriage House near Downtown & Track

Location!!! 2 bedroom Carriage House in the heart of Saratoga Springs. The location cannot be beat as it is a 2 minute walk to downtown and 5 minute walk to the Race Track. Congress Park less than one block away. Sun porch with lots of natural sun light and stone patio right outside front door. All new appliances in kitchen and spacious master bedroom with a king bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Private parking for 1 car set back off the street. WiFi and TV in living room with Roku.

The Grand Ave Garden Retreat

Our historic Saratoga home is located in the desirable West Side near the Beekman Street Arts District, less than one mile to Broadway and all that Saratoga's downtown has to offer. It is an easy walk or bike ride to SPAC and the Saratoga State Park. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 10-12 guests. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio and fireplace, and large fenced in yard and gardens. Close to Lake George and the Adirondacks, the Saratoga Train and Bus Station.

There are two outdoor areas to enjoy in the front and back of the house. The location is walking distance to Beekman street arts district and Broadway downtown Saratoga Springs. Saratoga spa state park, performing arts center, casino and Saratoga race track are all a short car ride away.

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
