Waterfront Beach House right on the sandy beach!

This is a beautiful ocean side beach house that is right on the beach. You literally open the door & walk to the beach that is steps away. The home is a duplex with two sides. One side is a long term rental and the other is available here for short term rentals. The sides are completely independent with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms each, a full kitchen with microwave, oven, and fridge. There are panoramic views of the ocean from the living areas and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Electronic keypad locks.

This is a 1st floor 1BR, 1BA Condo with a Queen Size comfy bed, and a Queen Sofa Sleeper. It is just 40 short steps to the beach. 1 bedroom 2nd story garage apartment overlooking Atlantic Ocean. Two guests only. Private beach access on property with private parking. Property is quiet with hosts living in separate building. Short walk to grocery store. Air conditioned/heated apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed. We are located within a wildlife preserve 4 miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park. 12% County and State tourist taxes.

The Surf Shack is a completely remodeled 1 bed/1.5 bath condo nestled in a quiet, beachside complex. Our retro building has a private beach access that takes you directly to the beautiful waters of Atlantic Ocean. Satellite Beach is a charming town off the east coast of Florida known for it's good surf, safe family friendly atmosphere, and kind locals. Complex is oceanfront, our unit is on west part of the complex (not direct oceanfront) with ocean 60 steps from our back door.
