Set in behind the sand dunes of Sawtell's main beach and 5 min walk to the main street. This unique house has a private entry to the beach from the back courtyard . The ground floor has 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom , kitchen, lounge/dining room and laundry. Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

The end townhouse with direct frontage onto the green beach bush reserve. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and awake to the sound of the birds. Your well behaved dog is welcome with its own bed and leashed between house and dog friendly beach at end of the garden..we are surrounded with wildlife that is protected .
