Modern farmhouse inspired decor, luxury linens, an adorable kitchenette, this is the perfect stay for visitors looking to explore the Finger lakes. Take advantage of our fire pit, hike through the vineyards down to our beautiful creek, or drive down the hill for direct lake access in Smith Park. Room is very spacious for 2 but works for 4 with a pull out sofa.

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Come relax in this adorable midcentury bungalow. You couldn't be closer to Seneca Lake unless you fell in! Enjoy open-concept living with spectacular views from every room. Located right on the Seneca wine trail with various distilleries, breweries, and wineries less than a mile from the private drive. Take the canoe or kayaks out for a morning paddle, play some lawn games on the grassy picnic area, or take in a sunset from the covered porch.
