Spacious, Clean Home in Town w/ King bed, Hot Tub

This clean, well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood is just .5 mi to downtown Sandpoint & 3.6 mi to base of Schweitzer. The landscaped back yard has a hot tub (cleaned between each guest), fire pit & propane bbq. The kitchen has everything you need to cook-in! We’ve provided quality, cotton bed & bath linens, Netflix account (+ other available apps), DVDs & games! This home is thoroughly cleaned & aired out between each guest. We’ve left you a manual with home details and our local recs!

Best location! Within 3 blocks of all downtown amenities, including City Beach, Sand creek Trail, boat launch, restaurants, bars, The Hive and the Panida entertainment venues and more. Roof top Hot tub with privacy and bbq. Fireplace, fenced yard, artistic home with beautiful touches. Solar Hot Water heat for the the environmentally conscious. 40 restaurants within a 4 block radius plus lots of retail shops and entertainment. You can't find a better location for all Sandpoint has to offer.

The Sandpoint Chalet is the perfect blend of Mountain and City! 15-20 minutes to the lifts at Schweitzer and 10 minutes to the restaurants of quaint downtown Sandpoint. Sleeps up to 9, with fold outs and air mattresses. Game room with arcade games, air hockey and more! You won't find a better combination of close to town and right at the mountain. 6 person saltwater hot tub Please be advised trains nearby run throughout day and night, expect intermittent noise, including train horns.
