The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

A little hall, bathroom with shower and a large panoramic room on two levels. Breakfast is served in the morning on the panoramic terrace. A beautiful BBQ is in common with the property owner. Reachable from the City center with a comfortable train in 12 minutes. Lift to public transport ( 2 km ) is offered if required.",

An elegant independent peaceful panoramic rustic residence nestled amidts the scenic and gently rolling hills in Tuscany . This beautiful property is the ideal destination for those who want to experience and enjoy true Italian country living, recommended for families. PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (which is located a few tens of meters from the villa in its own land ) and JACUZZI (located in the garden of the villa ) are open for our guests from June until the end of September.

Warm and cozy apartment in rustic style in ancient block of 1700 with excellent view of the valley and the hills at about 30 minutes by car from florence. This apartament was part of a big property own by my family for generations, them started with a little touristic business 100 years ago and now I want to share again this space with you with the same intention. Our position is perfect to enjoy the neighborhood, the mountains or the near city of Florence.

Il Castello di Ferrano - Castle in Tuscany

Il Castello di Ferrano offers to his hosts the chance of doing an unforgettable experiece:you will be the only guests in the castle and everythig will be for you (private pool from June to September, gardens ecc.)Historical building, surrounded by nature, finely decorated, frescoes/moulding on the ceiling, ample terrace w/ stone and terracotta floor, private outdoor pool.. Good position. Preferably come by car.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
