Please note that during this time, the stairs will NOT be down but the beach is fully accessible via a public opening about 600ft away. During times of severe weather, the house will be boarded to protect the home.

The cottage was built in 2018 and is incredibly cozy with unobstructed views of Mayo Beach and Wellfleet Harbor. It also has excellent privacy and high-end amenities. The house includes central heat and air conditioning in each bedroom as well as the living room. It has a modern kitchen with a beautiful dining nook.
