From the light and airy design that makes it feel like home to the large pool, hot tub, and lake access, The Sanctum by the Lake has everything you need for a great stay. It is a short 100 yard walk from the lake and a quick drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, 45 minutes to Boston or the NH Seacoast, close to the Lakes Region, White mountains, and great skiing spots as well as the famous NH Outlets.

Plum Island Sunset Cottage

Come to PI to stay at our renovated beach house! Enjoy daily sunsets, a short walk to the beach, ice cream, restaurants, convenience, and wild life! The house sleeps 8, with 2 queen bedrooms & 1 bunk room that sleeps 4. The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

This cozy 2 story guest suite w/separate entrance and deck, is part of a large 200 year old Amesbury farmhouse set on a peaceful 3 acre lot. The first floor contains a comfortable living/dining area, along with small charming bathroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with vaulted ceiling, skylights, king-sized bed and sitting area. Amesbury is steeped in history and guests will be close to amazing breweries, restaurants, historical sites, shops, galleries, walking trails, lakes, beaches and more!

Newly renovated 2 bdr cottage is the perfect family spot with breathtaking sunsets. The beach cottage is great for couples, families or extended family. It's equipped with an open living area, 1.5 baths, large outdoor deck, fenced in yard, parking for up to 5 cars. Walk 2 minutes to the glorious sandy Seabrook Beach that extends for appx 6 miles. Enjoy the day swimming, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing or just relaxing in the sun. We welcome you to sit down, relax, and enjoy!

Take a Sauna while being surrounded by nature all around. Relax by the fire pit. Located in the majestic forest of mount agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Welcome to our home away from home. This cozy lake get away just minutes over the border from Massachusetts is the perfect place to connect with friends and family. Enjoy days out on the water which is right outside your back door! Or nights at the fire pit enjoying the stars. We have wifi, tv w/ streaming services, laundry, a/c & heat, and kayaks to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible. We're family friendly and have a crib for infant/baby.

This beautiful beach house sleeps up to 16 people and is only a short walk to the beach and everything Hampton beach has to offer. The house has decks all around it to watch the sunset and a fenced in backyard for games and grilling. This house has three levels so guests have ample space, and central AC to keep you cool during hot summer day, a fully stocked kitchen with all you need for home made meals. Come relax and unwind at this Beach House!
