Whether you are visiting the area to fish our amazing bays, celebrating a loved one, or just needing to get away & hang out at the beach, it's the perfect space that can accommodate any group. No dated decor or ridiculous rules. Come hang out!

Welcome to Rockport, a little-known gem that’s an ideal blend of fun and relaxation. Your home away from home is perfect for a girls weekend, fishing and beaching with the family, or a romantic couples retreat. Thirty feet of covered boat parking doubles as a spot to snooze in a hammock and enjoy gulf breezes. An open floor plan brings everyone together for relaxing and dining. We are five blocks to the water’s edge, one more to the historic shopping district, and 1.2 miles to Rockport Beach.

Nicely updated 2 bedroom 1 bath downstairs unit with bay views from the front yard. we offer 2 free parking spaces. Come enjoy the quaint little town of Palacios and go fishing or boating! There is no bay access in this little neighborhood but the public boat dock and public piers are only minutes away and the beach is just a short drive to Port Lavaca. If you have kids this is the beach for them, if not, you'll love it too. Enjoy an evening with live music at Dannys on the Bay.

Backs up to the community pool plus has a kid frindly pool area. Has private patio and gas grill. Private to the condominium, 700 foot fishing pier and boat ramp. There is plenty of boat parking and tennis courts. Full kitchen amenities plus washer and dryer. Big screen TV for game days and family movie night. Free wifi and cable.

The back yard is completely fenced in and perfect for your four-legged family members. The back yard and large porch are perfect to relax in the evenings. All you need is your beach towels and fishing poles! *we do accept same day bookings!
