We are located within a wildlife preserve 4 miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park. 12% County and State tourist taxes.

You’ll love our place because it's peaceful, the views, the wildlife, the location and the coziness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & boaters with the dock and river access. Tandom kayaks & bicycle available. Bring your fishing pole and sit out on the dock to fish or watch the fish jump or the manatees or the occasional dolphin!

Local anual events such as the Grant Sea Food Festival, Sebastian RiverDays, Clam Bake, and many others. We have on-site boat parking available.
